Official Rules & Regulations
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: The “A Trip to Colorado” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry and are actively employed within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related life sciences industry. Employees of Hyde Engineering + Consulting (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on October 7, 2025, at 12:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) and ends on November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM MT (the “Entry Period”).
3. How to Enter: To enter, complete the official entry form on this webpage (https://876771.us21.myftpupload.com/enter-to-win-pharmsci) with all required information, including your full name, company, job title, and valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person.
4. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a trip for one (1) person to tour the Sponsor’s laboratory in Colorado. The prize includes: (a) one round-trip, coach-class airfare ticket from a major airport near the winner’s home in the continental U.S. to an airport near the Sponsor’s facility; and (b) one (1) night of standard hotel accommodation. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize may vary depending on the winner’s location but is estimated at $1,500.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 5, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided during entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required time period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is offered. Travel dates are subject to availability and must be mutually agreed upon by the winner and the Sponsor. The trip must be completed by December 31, 2026. Void where prohibited by law.
